4.1   The Health Service Procurement (Wales) Bill - timetable

Business Committee agreed to refer the Bill to the Health and Social Care Committee for consideration of the general principles. Business Committee agreed to defer a decision on the timetable for the Bill, including the Government’s request for a shortened period for Stage 1 scrutiny, in order to consult the Health and Social Care Committee and to return to the matter at a future meeting.

4.2   Correspondence from the Counsel General and Minister for the Constitution regarding the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill

Business Committee noted the letter regarding the current status of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill and the Government’s intention to bring forward a further Supplementary LCM containing all relevant amendments tabled for Report Stage in the House of Commons.
